Boopumi is not yet available on the App Store. The website does not accept payments or generate videos. Email tianyu1718@gmail.com for assistance.

Purchases and videos

If credits or a video are missing, include your app user ID, task ID or Apple transaction reference if available. Do not make a second purchase to fix an unresolved one. Restoring purchases does not grant duplicate credits. Save completed videos before their displayed expiry.

Subscriptions and refunds

Manage subscriptions in iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. See Apple cancellation instructions. Request an Apple purchase refund at Report a Problem.

Privacy and account requests

For access, correction or deletion requests, contact the same support email. Never send Apple passwords, verification codes or full card details. See our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
